What is a Core System?
The core processing system is the computer system that IDB-IIC FCU uses to maintain members' share, deposit, and loan accounts, as well as to process transactions.
Why did IDB-IIC FCU Upgrade to a New Core System?
Our new core system will allows us to serve you more efﬁciently and enable us to offer you more technology and enhanced products and services. Visit our System Upgrade information page for highlights.
Is My Personal Data Safe After the Upgrade?
Yes. As always, your personal data and account information are safe and secure with strong information security protocols.
Will My Funds Be Safe and Secure?
Yes. IDB-IIC FCU accounts are insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) Share Insurance Fund up to $250,000 per qualifying account.
Did My Account Number(s) Change?
Yes. Checking, Savings, and Share Certificate account numbers are now preceded by two zeros and the sufﬁx number is part of your account number.

Current: 0012345679 (Checking); 0012345670 (Savings)
Did Loan Numbers Change?
Loan numbers remain the same, except for Home Equity Loans and Lines of Credit (HELOC). In the past, a member’s HELOC account number was followed by another number that represented the type of HELOC loan (88, 89, or 90). New HELOC Accounts are now a serial number.
Statements for your home equity loan or home equity line of credit (HELOC) also changed. After the upgrade, on March 5, home equity statements are sent separately from combined account statements (including checking, savings, consumer loans, etc.). Home equity and combined account statements will be sent out on the same date each month.
Did Checks Remain the Same?
Existing member checks did not change and members can continue to use them.
Did Online/Mobile Banking Change?
Online/Mobile Banking passwords and login credentials will remain the same. While most funtions remained the same, we did make enhancements.Click here to learn more.
Did Bill Payments Process During the Upgrade?
Automatic or electronic bill payments that were set up prior to 3:00 pm on February 28 will processed as usual, regardless of the payment dates.
Did Recurrent eTransfers Process?
Any recurrent eTransfers in the system prior to 3:00 pm, February 28, processed. On March 5, recurrent eTransfers will need to be rescheduled.
Was Direct Deposit Affected?
Existing direct deposits that you receive, such as social security, occurred without interruption.
Did my MasterMoney® Debit Card or PIN # Change?
No. You will be able to use your MasterMoney® Debit Card anytime after the upgrade. Your PIN did not change. If your card required any change you will be notified directly.
Did my Credit Card or PIN # Change?
No. You will be able to use your IDB-IIC FCU Credit Card anytime after the upgrade. Your PIN did not change. For credit card assistance please call us at 1-800-944-2726.
Did my Statement Change?
Yes. Your new statement looks different. As with your past combined statement, your checking, savings, and consumer loan accounts will be shown on one statement, with the exception of home equity. Home Equity Loan and Line of Credit (HELOC) statements are separate after the upgrade. Both member account statements – combined and/or home equity versions – will be sent out to members on the same date each month.
What Changes Were Made to my Mortgage Statements?
None. Your mortgage statements remain the same.
What Changes Were Made to Consumer Loans?
None. Your statement looks different after the upgrade, but existing consumer loans will still be included in your monthly combined statement.
